European PSD2 regulations have put in place provisions aimed at strengthening the security of electronic payments, particularly on the internet, and access to more secure online banking services. Thus, from September 14, 2019, the use of only the code received by SMS to authenticate these operations is no longer sufficient and is gradually reinforced by means of a device compliant with the new regulations.
These new devices could, for example, be based on an application, for smartphones or SIM cards (compatible with all mobiles), which requires entering a secret code or verifying biometric data. These solutions are chosen by banking establishments and payment service providers, and offered to their customers. For more information, please contact your banking institution or your usual payment service provider.

Depending in particular on the Customer's seniority with the Yves Rocher brand, the amount of the current order, the amount of previous orders, possible unpaid debts and the order method, Yves Rocher reserves the right to evaluate the payment methods adapted to the situation of each Customer.
These methods are announced to the Customer at the payment stage of the order process. For any order for an amount greater than 100.00 €, Yves Rocher reserves the right to ask the Customer for partial or full advance payment before acceptance of the order placed by the latter.

Yves Rocher reserves the right to ask the Customer for partial or complete advance payment of an order before acceptance of it placed by the latter.

Yves Rocher guarantees the Customer that online payment is completely secure. The entire transaction is directed in encrypted mode to a bank validation server in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode. You then make your purchases in complete security.

In return for our commitments, we ask you to respect the payment deadlines that we offer you. Our payment deadlines are imperative.

All invoices are payable at Yves Rocher head office.

Late payments:

In the event of non-payment of an invoice when due, and in accordance with articles XIX.1 et seq. of the Code of Economic Law, a first reminder of free payment will be sent to you. A period of 14 days, from the third working day following the reminder in the case of postal delivery or from the day following the reminder in the case of electronic delivery, is granted to you to make payment.

In the event of non-payment after this first reminder, a second free reminder will be sent to you with the same deadlines.
Once this new period has expired, the amount remaining unpaid will be increased by conventional late payment interest at the key rate increased by eight percentage points referred to in Article 5, paragraph 2, of the law of August 2, 2002 concerning the fight against late payment in commercial transactions until full payment and/or, the amount remaining unpaid will also be increased by a compensation clause of an amount which varies depending on the amount remaining unpaid by the customer, as below:
  • 20€ if the remaining amount due does not exceed 150.00€;
  • 30€ increased by 10% of the amount due on the tranche between – 150.01 and 500 euros if the amount remaining due is 150.01 to 500 euros;
  • 65€ increased by 5% of the amount due on the tranche above 500 euros with a maximum of 2,000 euros if the amount remaining due exceeds 500 euros.
If Yves Rocher fails to meet its payment obligations to you in a timely manner, you are entitled to compensation similar to that described above.
